Exit Lab LLC does not sell personal information for money. Depending on applicable law, certain analytics or advertising disclosures may be defined as a “sale” or “sharing.” You may ask Exit Lab LLC to opt you out of covered sale or sharing and may submit other privacy requests using the contact information below.
Exit Lab does not currently authorize buyer or advisor introductions through any existing Platform form. We do not share your contact information, business information, or scanner results with a buyer, advisor, investment bank, or other introduction recipient unless you separately and specifically approve that introduction.

Please include your full name, the email address you used on the Platform, the right you want to exercise, and enough detail for us to understand your request. Do not include passwords, financial account details, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Where applicable, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent’s authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
What Your Request Does
(a) We will record and honor a valid opt-out request as required by applicable law.
(b) An opt-out does not prevent you from using the Platform’s educational tools or viewing results offered on screen.
(c) An opt-out does not authorize any buyer, advisor, or other third-party introduction.
(d) We may retain a suppression record so we can continue honoring your choice and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on your location and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
Request access to categories or specific pieces of personal information we maintain about you.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Request deletion of personal information.
